two days ago I was on my blackberry and all of the sudden it started looping, out of nowhere. tried using apploader on it, but once it gets to the initialization, then it starts to loop again and interrupts the software wipe.

today went to At&t and got a new battery, because according to the guys there, the white sticker on the battery turned red, meaning there was a liquid inside the battery. Came home, hooked it up to the computer and is still looping during initialization.

any help fellas?

I hope you have a backup, because you might lose everything.

Where is it looping? Try starting it in safe mode. Pull the battery out, place the battery back in and hold the escape (back) button.

Back up doesnt matter to me.

thanks for trying, but i followed your steps and the guide if Jl_cmder doesnt work and neither worked...
