Default enabling security for sim card?

Please Login to Remove!

Since I have this new BlackBerry this seems a trivial question but it is important to me because I would like to lock my sim with my own pin. I found in options/advanced options/sim card - enable security (3 attempts). Nobody seems to know with certainty if there is a default number to set your own pin for sim lock. It might be 0000 for my O2 Pay&Go but can I chance it?

From help app on the device:

About SIM security--

Quote:
You can protect your SIM card with a PIN code to add another level of security to your BlackBerry® device. If you lock your SIM card with a PIN code, other people cannot use their SIM card in your device. Before you can use your SIM card in another device, you must type the PIN code.

Sorted!:o) Bravely (but with shaking hand) I punched 0000 as my last attempt and it worked
