Does anyone know how a person can change a BB PIN. My daughter lost her phone and the carrier is of course overseas and apparently has told us that the person who currently has the phone has changed the PIN.

How is that possible? I thought all PINs were unique to one device.

If we can't get the phone back, would prefer that it be useless to the culprit.

Please advise.

I don't know if the PIN can be changed but i do know the IMEI number can't be changed, which is another way the Phone can be tracked

The PIN cannot be changed on a BlackBerry.
Have your carrier black list the PIN.
