Is there a way, that when I use Outlook on my phone, that what I send or respond to as an email, a copy is also in my sent file on the net, and not just my phone?

I have no idea what BIS or BES means. I'm sorry, but I am a noob to this Blackberry.
I use Microsoft Outlook as my email, work related.

When I am on my laptop and I go to Outlook mail, and I send or reply to an email, a copy is automatically sent to my "SENT" folder as well. I was wondering if a copy of what I send/reply to while using my BB, could also be programmed to go to my sent file on the net so I can get a hard copy from my laptop. I rather have a copy I can access easily from my computer. Are their any settings on the BB that can enable me to do this? Hope I am making sense.

We need to know if you are on the corporate BES or you use the personal BIS for email.

If you are on BIS, then you need to make sure you have the email account automatically set up to BCC any email that you send. However, you will get a copy of it on Outlook and on the BB. You can set up a rule in Outlook to copy those messages to the SENT folder and you will just have to delete them from the BB.

As for BES, I will wait until a BES savvy person replies.

Yes, thank you, it is resolved. I did what you suggested, "you need to make sure you have the email account automatically set up to BCC any email that you send"
