Default Saving an E-Mail

Please Login to Remove!

On my 9930 I was able to save an e-mail into the "save folder". On the Z10 how do I save an e-mail??

tsac, I'm going to take a guess that you don't have a Z10...

So here's the deal: You can't really save e-mail messages at this time on the Z10...and adding a folder unfortunately doesn't fix that.

There is no "save" function like there is in the legacy OS's. It may come one day, or not. We don't yet know...

You can save the message in the account, if you use your browser or desktop client, if supported, but e-mail population (when adding an account to the Z10) is limited to a number of days in most accounts, and it won't go back in time further than that, for most account types anyway, but not all.

Some accounts, like Exchange (Active Sync) do support indefinite days back in time.
