[Algins]

RIM tells me that the reason I can not view my client's email is that they run UTF 16 on BIS and the Internet server for my POP runs UTF 8. Now that would make sense if this was consistent with my other clients who use BIS with UTF 16. Does anyone have any thoughts that might help my new dear friends at RIM to address this? Incidentally, my Pearl has aleady been replaced and all the S/W is current. thanks!
