Am the user of BB 2 9700 ..
i wanna format my mobile .. can someone plz help me out how to format my phone ..

What are you trying to do - wipe out all of your personal data? Wipe out the applications or the OS? What do you want to end up with.

Try this...

Options>> Security Options>> General Settings>> Menu button (left of trackball) select Wipe Handheld

I am not sure what it is specifically on the 9700. Wipe Handheld will wipe out ALL customer data on the phone.

Bro i dont find general setting option in security option ..
the option i get in security option are
encryption
firewall
information
security wipe
i guess am on os 5 ?
