I recently upgraded someone to a 9780 from 9000 and on some of the emails the "a" character gets changed to "9" (screenshot

user is on a BES. have not seen it with others with same IT policy applied.

I would check the autotext library. Maybe someone thought it would be a funny prank?

That is if this is happening with composing email. Or is this happening when the user receives an email?

Is it only showing like this on the BB or is it showing like this on the email client as well?

bb only. its weird never seen something like this before. we've deployed a few 9780's now all with the same policy from the bes and they are all fine. only 1 person having this problem.
