Hi Blackbery Forum users,

My name is Ruben Vasquez from Arkon Resources Inc. We are a manufacturer of Mounting Solutions for Pocket PC, PDA's, XM & Sirius Radio receivers.
We are currently about 1 month away from having a Universal BlackBerry mounting solution. This new car mount cradle will work with all BalckBerry's including BlackBerrys with the extended battery packs. You will be able to use a mounting pedestal 9 "or 14 " . Our new BlackBerry cradle will have a spring action for quick release. No other company has this product. I have attached photos of our new prototypes to show you all. They are only mock up models from our overseas factory. I will be posting more photos and information as the ETA approaches. Our estimated time of arrival will be 9/15/2005. This should be moved to aftermarket hardware? ...and isnt there a rule about free advertising?

How do I vote if I would prefer a mount that would insert into the power outlet (that round one formerly known as the cigarette lighter in less PC times) and hold & charge the BB at the same time? It seems that is a standard attachment point on all cars and with several different flex neck lengths could fit any vehicle.

Also, one downside to the one pictured, is for someone like me with a SkinTight case (or any other case thats not a pouch), a mount that conforms to the exact dimensions of the BB won't work at all. I would definitely not be taking my 7290 out of its case everytime I got in the car.
