Agreed. There's no link there to download a zip package that can simply be published and deployed from the BES. I'd like to have that and the facebook app too.

Just make your own package. It's not that difficult.
Follow John Clark's famous post for backing up third-party applications. This essentially creates the .cod and .alx files for any app on your device.

With a little massaging of the .alx file and you can easily create a custom package to deploy via BES software configuration.

I don't think such a link exists.
One of those things you just have to fiddle with until you get it right.

Usually the version number needs to be altered to put it in the BES 5 accepted xxx.xxx.xxx.yyy format.
I truncate the description field if it's long.
Stuff like that.
