Quick question. I have a new user in my company we just got a brand new BB, his mailbox is blank, has no contacts.

If I took his old BB, set it up on the BES, allowed it to sync to his mailbox, that'd easily get all his contacts OFF the old device right, synced to the mailbox.

Then if I removed that Old BB from the BES and re-synced the NEW BB, that should download the contacts to the new device correct?

Is my theory correct? or do I have to use DTM?

Thanks..just wanted to confirm.. I've never done it. It's for a new exec..
