Stuck on Contacting Server

Hi all
I have a BES server running version 4.1.4.12
It has been running fine and still is but I have one users who's BB device has stopped working. I have rebuilt the device (actually two now!) but her account will not activate. It's stuck at Contacting Server and just keeps retrying.
I have managed to activate 3 other accounts on the same device no problem but this one will not go through at all.
All other accounts are running fine (13 users in total)
Can anyone help, shed any light or point me in the right direction. The only other thing I can think of is that her mailbox is rather large but is still functioning fine.
