I just got a new blackberry pearl 3G, so far.. other applications are working properly accept for the ID activation and email configuration.

My situation here that I'm not aware of the new device was given is the enterprise software blackberry and I have no intention of using it for business, Consequently, I can't fully activate my blackberry ID and I can't set up my e-mail or restore my BBM/phone contacts. It routes to enterprise activation account only which I never had an enterprise account. I don't see any field for BIS activation. Is there any option for me to revert the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) to normal Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).

Do you have a true BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? Once the account is properly provisioned, the e-mail setup options will automatically appear as the Service Books will be pushed by Maxis. You may have to call them.
