Hi I have a bb 9650 that was on a verizon network. When I go to unlock it its says the network is blocked. How do you I get that network unblocked so I can continue unlocking it?

Network blocked would indicate that it was reported as missing or stolen.
Verizon will likely not help you.

Okay.ya i called verizon because it is not lost or stolen. I had the phone with them for 8 months and have moved to a new country where the don't provide service. So is there anything I can do

And what did Verizon say? When it is Network Blocked they must have done it.

Basically said they couldn't help me unlock it and I told them I am not wanting them to help me unlock it I want to know why it is blocked.She said because Ino longer have service with them
