How many people would be interested in a Skin Tight Case from Speck Products for the Nextel 7100i ? I have one for my Treo 650 and love it very much. The only down side was that the holster's swivel mechanism was too loose. I believe they have since fixed it. (I hope)

I would love a nice case for it. the other day i banged into something and noticed the plastic behind the antenna was coming off. i snapped it back on quickly.

There is a big difference between the Skin Tight case and the Tough Skin case from Speck Products. Visit there page and look at the skin tight case for the 7100T.

I had bought a tough skin case for my 7520 and returned it because it made it extra big.

I wouldn't mind a Skin Tight for my 7100i as long as it fits close to the hip and doesnt stick out.

I have emailed then back on 12/15 and no response. I would realy like this type of case, matter of fact this thing has been out almost 2 months and there are NO GOOD CASES AVAILABLE - Sad - Just Sad!

I have also emailed the company and have not received a reply. It worries me slightly, they used to be fairly active (fromw aht I've seen in the forums here) and now there's not much coming from them as far as communication goes.

why close it.....if the demand becomes higher then there "design team" should be willing to make the case.....I dont think its that much to ask for them to design a case for the 7100i...the forum members arent the only people in the world who use the 7100i...dont give up just cause they said no....lets get them to make a case

Ipods are the most important things in the world right now, everything else is replacable. I believe after the comments on the 7520 and 72XX skin tight and tough skin cases they decided they were unable to do a quality skin for the 7100i. The 7100T I guess is very popular so that's why a skin was made for that model. Well Speck can continue to ignore us 7100i users because Seidio is working on a plastic 7520 type holster for the 7100i and i'm sure if their quality control is good they'll make a killing.

For $30 I will tell them where to stick that plastic clip...

I would much prefer a silicon case like Speck's over a clip, therefore I protect the whole phone, even when I am not using the clip.

I emailed them almost two weeks ago from my business address.... Nothing, My confidence is shaken, and I haven't even had a chance to do business with them yet.
