What plan is it?

The BlackBerry Data Plan

Guessing you haven't sold many of these. To get the data and e-mail to work, you need a BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN.

I do understand that your BB will not transmit data without the BB Data Plan. You removed it, it won't work. Check.

Do call your carrier.

We believe you.

Why don't you get a Data Plan and let us help you troubleshoot the issue with the Data Plan intact, as it should be. It won't work without one, and we won't be able to troubleshoot it without one.

But if you already knew all the answers you would not have asked here.

So, since we are past the not having any data on the BB, what is the issue you have now?

Woah woah woah.. Settle down folks. Ok.. How about this.. Call them back. Get the Data plan on there. Tell them that you have been having problems with data and if it doesn't get fixed once you have a data plan on there then you demand credits. lol. Once you get the Data Plan on there, there are a TON of troubleshooting steps all of us can walk you through. But there is not point in starting unless you have that plan. See, we can tell you to get service books, which are the settings for your internet. And you could try that now.. But without that plan you won't be able to receive them. All troubleshooting starts with the plan. So once you get it, let us know and we can help you get the internet working.

Alright so.
I talked to DATA Support.
And they will not reverse the charges of the DATA Plan unless I troubleshooted with them.

End of the day

The ESN is not in Bell Mobility's system.
I was informed that all operations of the device will work, BUT the DATA will not.

Im a stuck here?

Refer back to post #6 in this thread:

Even after that, you'd need Bell to provision a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account.
Without the ability to "be" on the Bell network, you won't get Data.

Right. CDMA carriers *generally* do not allow other devices (not branded by them) on their networks. No ESN in their database? No data services.

Which is sorta where we started in this thread. I am sorry it has not worked out for you.
Now you see the reason we were adamant about the Data Plan--it answers questions.

Good luck. Likely the ESN could still be on Telus. You could sell it to a Telus user or get an account with them. Not all is lost.
