Thumbs up Seidio; Good customer service

First of all I apologize for placing this complaint on the forum but it seems that this is the only way that SIEDIO would help.

Just another sad story for SEIDIO;
Great product, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Place an order and received with-in 4 days and unfortunately one of the item was defective. Submitted an on line form for customer service on saturday Sept 29 and received a response from Margaret on Oct 2nd (very fast) and reply the same and have not heard a thing from them after one week.
Ordered P/N:CSR2YBB8300-BK and the latch on the top left corner will not close and I am asking for repair or replacement.
Order number 116293.

Is that a hard case for the 8300? FWIW, mine doesn't latch on the top left corner either. It doesn't look like it has any snap/latching tabs on that corner.

Thanks John,
I bought two pcs, one Hybrid and one Jet Black the Hybrid will close good but not the Jet black and neeither one of them had a latch.

Margaret asked me if I want a refund or replament on her original reply and I replied that I wanted a replacement and instruction to mail the old one back and still waiting for her answer.

gecko, does your new case actually latch on the top left corner? Mine has a gap and doesn't latch there. It's my only complaint about the case.

I would like to know this as well. I just received my case last night and I’m having the exact same issue. The top left portion of the case dose not close securely, and there is no latch that exists to allow it to do so. I sent an email to Seidio’s customer service last night with pictures of the issue. We’ll see.

John and Strngdze,

No, the new case does not hava a latch either and neither the Hybrid. For whatever reason the old one had a big gap and when I put a finger on the top left, the entire case will open easily.
I am hoping that SEIDIO will look in to this design; still the best case out there IMHO.

I had ordered the combo for my Pearl with the new back cover with speaker cut-out and the rubberized case. I got the wrong cover which was for the extended battery which if course would not even fit with the rubberized case I just bought lol. I called them, gave them the info they needed, and they shipped out the correct case immediately and I got it very fast. They didn't even want the wrong cover back. So definitely excellent customer service. Also I get a lot of compliments on my case and I send everyone your way.
