try to upgrade Blackberry App World and I get a message that says "Blackberry App World is not available for download from Blackberry App world". Any ideas as i also get this same message on all upgrades I try to download.

Your indicating Verizon so it should work. Have you tried a battery pull while powered? It will reload the OS clean.

Do you have a blackberry Data plan? Rim wont allow AppWorld download unless you do.

None of that works.........it was working before now I get that message. Try to reinstall and get same message... BB world is no help when it comes to support.

I should have said in my original post that this is a recent development. I had not had any problems ungrading any app until recently. Not it just says that what ever app I am trying to upgrade ot download intiallit says it can't be done from blackberry app world.

You might try deleting Appworld on the BB and reload it. weird issue. Maybe it's corrupted.

actually, I did remove the BWA from my phone and reloaded it and still get the same replies when I try to upgrade or download a new app. Two year plan is about to expire so I will be upgrading to a new hone in May, so I guess I can live with the corruption. Its just a pain to not be able to use the blackberry to its full potential.

I think your next step, should you choose, is to wipe the device with JL_CMDER or BBSAK and then resinstall the OS, then install the latest app world. See http://www.blackberryfaq.com/ and find the article on JL_CMDER, if you decide to go that road.
