14 minutes between posts? A sure fire way NOT to get help.

Please check out BlackBerry FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ for details on how to upgrade the Handheld operating system.

Why do you think you need to upgrade the handheld OS (asking since you seem to be new to the BlackBerry)?

Really?

OK, I'll play along. One sentence. 176 words. No punctuation. Not one capital letter. Cool internetz slang. Impossible to read.

Do you understand now?

Blackberry phones do not have viruses, so that is not the cause.

You can find the OS to reinstall sticked in the device-specific forum that will match your phone and try following the instructions there, as well as the instructions with JL_Cmder.

1st step to take if device is having problems? - BlackBerryFAQ
How to wipe the OS from a BlackBerry device? - BlackBerryFAQ
How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

Okay.... it's hard to understand when you're trying to tell me when it's all jumbled. But I'll do my best with what I know about these problems.

Did you make sure install the OS to your computer after downloading it?

ok, lemme break it down.

most of us want to help you. the few that dont are because they're already turned off after reading your posts.

you need to speak english, clearly and concisely. detail your problems in chronological order so we can backtrack what you did to find a solution.

but all of the gibberish you've posted so far is nearly impossible to read for someone older than 15 years old.

no one wants to help you if they get a migraine from trying to decipher what you type.

got it?
