Default Having only certain emails forwarded to Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I've got a client who wants only emails from certain individuals to get forwarded to his Blackberry. Currently we have Exchange forwarding all mail to his Blackberry email address. Desktop Redirector can't be used as he uses a laptop and is on the road alot. They don't have BES but that might be an option if it can help this situation. Any ideas would be appreciated...

If it is only one users you could get a BES Express and set it up and then just have the folder redirection setup so when an email comes in from userA, UserC, and UserZ just move that mail to a folder that is redirected to the HH.

Cheers,
Ash

You can also set up filters on BIS to only send email from those individuals to the handheld and delete all others.

Hope this helps.

I'd go with BIS filtering - easier than setting up a Bes Express and all that jazz.

Also, the filtering can be adjusted on the BB itself using the Email Settings icon
