Default Phone Number still not populated

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
In my case all the columns appear except for phone number. I tried deleting service books desktop sync and resending service books from bes but in vain.

Another puzzling thing is when do these information like SIM ID,Platform version, Active carrier,Home carrier.PHONE NUMBER etc get deleted. One way i found out is when you export user stats or clear user stats from BB Manager. Have you come across any other way ??

And another puzzling thing is the SIM ID shown in BB Manager. The number is not the same as you find it in the BB device but in a different arrangement although consisting of the same digits. Beats me !!

Default

My own experience is that the phone number showing is dependent on it being registered on the SIM itself.

Default Phone Number still not populated for few devices

But i have seen the phone number of that device in BB Manager. I don't know how/when it got deleted and is there any other way to retrieve it back other than Enterprise Activation.

Note: I m using BES 4.1.5.x
and my device model is a 7100 with platform version of 1.8.0.149.
