delivering jad/jar aplication OTA which required signing

hi,
in my work I'm facing interesting problem, we have an aplication that
uses protected APIs, so signing CODs is required. But some publishers
require also JAD/JAR format in addition to JAD/COD package. Is there any way
to make JAD/JAR versions which uses protected APIs work on actual phone,
when phone downloads JAD/JAR and makes translation to COD module on it's own?
