Does anyone have experience with T-Mobile BB rebates?

I mailed two in early last week. They should be updated in their rebate status check but there is no indication they were received. Luckily, I made copies of everything before I sent it out.

I've heard others complain about how shady and/or slow they are with these rebates. Perhaps I should just wait til next week to contact them. Opinions?

My T-Mobile Curve rebate was the fastest rebate I ever got. It took just shy of 3 weeks.

I submitted mine about 3 weeks ago. It does show listed via the online tracking, but no particular status shows. I have faith that I'll get it. I'm used to waiting 8 to 12 weeks for rebates, so if shows before then, I'll be happy.

I have also gotten a rebate thru Tmobile pretty fast as well. It took about 3 weeks for me too. The worse rebate check (as far as taking the longest) is when I was with Sprint. It took 10 weeks for me to get my dough...

took about that much time for my last one...i wish they still did paper checks instead of the visa gift card

Maybe try giving them a call? When I had a rebate issue with them, a call to their CS got things squared away pretty quickly.

I sent mine on June 22 and got it back July 16, couple of weeks but that was when it was just one rebate card, maybe what's taking so long is the multiple Visa Cards with a certain amounts on it. I'd give them a call about it if its been more than 5 weeks though.

my rebate took about 6-8 weeks.

I put in for four rebates in April. My daughter-in-law's phone was stolen while the rebates were pending and Tmo CS applied the rebate to the bill. I received two of the other rebates somewhere around July but the fourth never came through. I was allowed to resubmit but nothing to date. I count myself fortunate to have received three out of four. My daughter-in-law's sister never received her rebate.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

Just received a $100 Visa Card Rebate from T-Mobile after 3 weeks. Love the 8320, but not too much different from my old 8310.

I just sent mine off last night.I am hoping that I get it back as quick as some have.With all the problems we have had with T-Mobile and starting up in the carolina area though we do not expect a whole lot to happen in a timely manner.I have to say though the customer service people have been great and the manager at our local store has been great too.

Last November I received my rebate before my first bill was even due.
