Default Sprint mass de-provisioning??

Please Login to Remove!

Ever have this happen? We have 44 lines with Sprint, eleven of them are Blackberries. All eleven lost their Blackberry provisioning this morning. Gone. Off the account. Obviously, our BES stopped talking to everyone's phones and I get complaints left and right.

Sprint tech support couldn't explain why it happened. They re-added the BES service and all the phones started working again.

I'm going to call our sale rep tomorrow to vent.

BES access is a specific feature code. Chances are someone removed it from the devices. It doesn't magically fall off.

Who have the BES access? Is your company host the BES or using BIS?
