I just received this as an upgrade. My pc and the bb connects very easily. When I want to upgrade the apps, my bb keeps on saying not enough memory available. But the cell is new and add an app from my pc, it shows zero available
I can download a pdf and read it on my cell. When i receive a pdf from e mail, it says service book information not found?

Please help someone
In fact it says this device does not have enough space. Choose fewer apps. But even if I unchoose all, it still says not enough space?

Looking around, seems the solution for a lot of people was upgrading Desktop Manager. If you are not using the latest version, upgrade. If you are using the latest version, then I don't know, but I might try a clean uninstall and the install again and test.
