Exclamation I have connected to home WiFi but my icon is still grey

Please Login to Remove!

Yesterday I got new T-Mobile Blackberry 9700 (it's my first smartphone) and everything is great except there is issue with WiFi connection
I set up my home WiFi but the icon is still grey, also when I go to Manage connection there is my network but it isn't green checked, there is "-" nex to it.
I have iPod touch, and my laptop and they are both connected to this network, so I doubt the problem is in network, i think there's something with Blackberry.

Can someone please help me?

Do you have the BlackBerry data plan on your account? Not a regular mobile data plan, but the one (BIS) for BlackBerry? If not, (1) you will not connect to the BlackBerry/RIM network, (2) and thus the icon will not change to white, and (3) you will not be able to use BlackBerry data apps.
