Did you know that some Christian religions believe that Eve ate a pomegranate? Some believe she ate a fig. I guess Apple is having all kinds of competition for the forbidden fruit title.

In terms of e-mail reliability, the Blackberry has the edge on Exchange mail. Autotext functions also favor the Blackberry. The Droid has 3rd party apps for autotext but not always reliable. Battery conservation also favors the Blackberry. However, in most other areas, the Droid has an edge which is god because it will pressure RIM to improve.

The corp mail does act like BES when working properly in term of time, full sync etc. I can even link with global address book. Other times its non functional.

That's the truth. They actually sync back in the BES environment.

The only good Notes alternative I've found on Android is Papyrus, and that saves the notes to your SD card.

May want to re-title this thread to -
"Verizon’s Customer-Killing, Droid Pro" ...
{Ripped from ABC NEws website}

CEDAR HILL, Tx. - A Texas man was rushed to the hospital after his cell phone exploded while he was holding it up to his ear.

Aron Embry said he was making a call on his new Motorola Droid 2 phone when he heard a loud pop, then his ear started bleeding.

Embry told afterdawn.com, "I heard a pop. I didn't feel any pain initially. I pulled the phone down. I felt something dripping. I realized that it probably was blood. I went into the house and as I got into the bathroom and once I got to the mirror and saw it, it was only then I kinda looked at my phone and noticed the screen had appeared to burst outward."

The 30-year-old getting stitches stitches but doctors said he didn't suffer any damage to his hearing.

But one mobile expert has his doubts about what actually happened. Daniel Harrison told FOX News, “…it looks to me like it wasn’t something that was just a manufacture defect. It looks like it was actually user caused."

Motorola is investigating.

I just wish this one was a slider like the Torch. A bigger screen would be nice.

I understand the big screen comment. I think the effort here was to get the first bite on the BB Market
