I have searched the forums and couldn’t find a definitive answer to my question:

Is it possible for the Deleted Items folder to by syncronised with the Blackberry device similar to other folders such as Sent Items? I have checked in User record on the BES and Deleted Items isn’t available as a folder.

The configuration is BES 4.1, Exchange 2003 and Blackberry 8800.

Nope, this is by design. The BlackBerry device does not reconcile the Deleted Items folder because of space considerations.
