Has anyone here been able to sync their Storm to their computer through Blue tooth and if so how did you do it. My laptop and Storm both see each other but I can not figure out how to make them sync less I hook up the cable.

I had problems syncing my phone to my PC via bluetooth. I recall reading somewhere that it was related to the use of a 3rd party bluetooth drive on my laptop (running Windows XP). At that point I was frustrated enough and didn't want to waste any more time on it.

I use a Macbook for my personal computing at home and it synced seamlessly with my storm in seconds. The beauty of Apple...

You can only sync if you're using the generic Windows BT stack...not Broadcomm/Widcomm, Toshiba, HP, or other versions.

If you search on Bluetooth (either in the General forum or the 8100 forum, can't remember which) you'll find some threads about getting sync to work via BT. It's not necessarily simple...
