Default E-mail validate error ?

Please Login to Remove!

hello guys, i got my new BB 9700 so when i tried to setup email i had to move my old e-mail account; to do that i must validate the e-mail, each time i do that i get error that my password is incorrect !!
anyone else had this issue ??
PS: im from Kuwait(thats in the middle east), so no AT&T

You need to provide some more detail. Are you talking about the email account password, or the password to log into BIS? You should have only needed to switch your device in BIS (if you are using BIS).

I jst bought a new curve 8520 and i have been trying to set up my email on it but i keep on getting error am so sure about the email address i know if the problem is from the password and the bb courer is web2go it don't have any options where you can click on forget password and again am presently in Nigeria where i subscribe my BIS to Airtel. Pls someone should help me i need my email set up on my bb and my old contact back. Thanks
