Does anyone have a good contact person or method for ordering Tmobile phones when the time comes?

In the past I have noticed that even when a phone drops you either cant see it on the website or get mixed answers when you call to order it.

A good contact person would be very helpful!

You might be waiting for awhile on the 8300. most rumors are pointing to T-mo releasing an 88xx model.

Sorry I dont have any contacts other than looking at ebay, which is where I buy my phones. now as much as I want this new 83xx phone from cingular. I'll wait a few weeks for the bugs to be worked out.

I just ordered the 8800 from T-Mobile today. It was not on the the web site as of 9am, so i just called and got it. I agree, it is always a hassle when it first comes out.

There is no real set system with Tmobile for before a phone launches. Normally here is the best place, then when a date is nailed down (2-4 weeks before actual launch) you just call in on that day. I ordered my 8800 from Tmobile this morning at 12:03am. First person i talked to had no record of it, then i was transfered to PDA/Blackberry support and they brought it up right away.
