Default Secondary email address???

Please Login to Remove!

Can I set a secondary email address with my BB 8320? Am curious because I use eBay and if a customer write with a question, I cannot reply because eBay does not recognize the BB address.
Thanks..

You can have up to 10 email addresses linked to the BlackBerry via your BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).

But how do you choose to reply using an email address other than the one that the original mail was sent to?

I have several email addresses on my Bold that I can use for composing mail but I don't get that choice when I reply. It's the one thing that bugs me about the phone.

I don't think replying to an email with a different address from which it came is possible. Maybe a security thing.

However, you can choose "forward" then it will allow you to change the "from:" address. Caveat is you have to retype the "to:" address

Don't know about all OS's but you can auto forward from one email account that you only want to receive email in to another email account. Maybe the best way to do this would be to have the eBay account not set up on your BB, but have it auto forward to a BB email account. You could then use that account to reply to eBay emails. It wouldn't be a straight reply, though. I may have just confused myself, lol.
