Default editing contact info on computer

Please Login to Remove!

New to Blackberry. Not all the contact information transfered from my previous LG to the 8330 when hooked up to the machine at US Cellular office.
Would like to edit info on my computer and transfer it to the phone. Thought this could be done with the desktop software that came with the phone. Can't seem to find a means of editing contact info. Looks to be principally for media mgmt.

Does this software or any other aftermarket program allow you to transfer contact info from phone to computer, edit it, and return it to the phone? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Outlook or windows mail. Have to set the settings in the desktop manager to use outlook or windows mail for sync.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

The Blackberry Desktop Manager has a few clients it supports.

The most common as mentioned above is Outlook.

If you use any of the supported clients it tends to be a seamless process.

thanks for the response. I found the point in desktop mgr program where you click on "configuration (syncronize)". Help section says this thould then list applications to sync with. In my case none are listed at this point. I am obviously doing this incorrectly. my computer has outlook express on ( not full outlook ). Could that be a problem or is there something I am missing? Also is there any step by step instruction set out there any place that might help me achieve this process? Thanks again for the help.
