FYI.... Push screen issue with the Storm.

A Verizon tech support representative today disclosed that the problem I have with my new (2 days old) Storm is something they have heard about and offered me a new phone without a quibble.

The upper right corner did not give mechanical feed back when pushed. The rest of the screen gives you the Click sensation when pushed but the upper right corner felt firm with no tactile feedback, (as if there was something under the screen in the corner holding it up). I should add that the letter or Enter key pressed worked, but the screen did not provide the push button feel.

So, a new Storm will be shipped out Monday. Thank you, Verizon, for the frank discussion and upfront offer of a replacement without my even having to ask.
