Default 4.1.4 and processmaildelay

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I am new blackberry BES. I am using the express at the moment and downloaded the version that they had online. It was the 4.1.4.
Right now I am also using Cloudmark as spam filtering. As discussed earlier, all was needed is to add the processmaildelay registry key on the previous bes version and it was working. With the 4.1.4, the processmaildelay is not working. Any ideas on how I can delay the mail processing?

That should be all that is needed per KB00139 ...

If it isn't working after a restart of services I'd call T-Support.

Got it "fixed"....it seems that BES works differently on windows server 2003 64 bit...Installed it on a different machine and processmaildelay worked....

RIM doesn't really support anything 64-bit. Learned that the hard way.

Lets just say I had to revert back to 32-bit everything just so that the BES will work properly.

It was a learning experience.
