Hello I've have the Pearl 8130 for just over one year now (Bell Canada). So today I decided to charge the battery since it was running low. A couple of hours later I find the phone turned off. I try to turn it on and no luck, so the battery was dead. When I plugged the charge in again here is what happened:



1st) red light and black screen

2nd) white screen with battery and lightning bolt

3th) rotating hourglass and white screen

4th) my home screen finally comes up but with a message that the battery is drained and the device will shut down. Green light flashes and phone vibrates while this is happening. I also noticed that the battery symbol is at 0%, with low battery written underneath and no "plug" symbol to the right of the battery symbol even though the charger is plugegd in.

5th) Home screen remains but now with the software update loading. The update loads to 100% in about 3 seconds and the device immediately shuts down at 100%.

6th) black screen with no light.



I then unpluged the charger and plugged it in again with the same result everytime. I have also tried removing the battery and plugging in to no avail. I have also left the charger in for over an hour. I tries via wall outlet and pc.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
