Hi,

Can I delete specific messages from the BES? One of my directives received a lot of emails from one doamin with a specific subject and want to delete them from the BES if it can.

BES doesn't store messages, so there would be nothing to delete.
You can either set up a filter to prevent those messages from being delivered to the handheld, or set up a rule in the user's mailbox to file those messages into a subfolder that isn't redirected to the handheld.

Yes I know that BES not store any message but I wanted to know If the BES can sent an instruction to the BB user to delete some specific message.

If you delete those messages on Exchange/Outlook and you have reconciliation enabled, they will also be deleted from the Blackberry device.
