Hi I have a strange software issue, what to do, on some days i can use my scroller perfectly it will scroll around messages all on home pages through pictures, but for the last week it now only scrolls on some screens such as home screens, and it will not scroll through pictures anymore or scroll properly through different bbm screens and will not allow me to select parts of a message. Now to scroll through pictures i have to use the touchscreen, I have tried battery pulls several times and scroller is also clean.

Any ideas on what to do?

Have you dropped the device or has it gotten wet?

What did you do to the device just before this happened the first time?

Hi I'm using OS7.0 it was resolved temporarily after a battery pull but this no longer works, definately not wet I had dropped it once but problem didn't happen straight away.
