Just got this 7250 today.

I work fine out of the box (used)

I was playin around with the setting and stuff.

Now it wont work. I can scroll and sinc to the PC. It wont let any keys works or clicking of the buttons.

I have read and read and read on how to fix this. Cant find anything.

This is what I have done and tried with no luck

• hard reset
• hard reset muti times
• reloaded firmware
• reloaded old firmware
• did a wipe (that dos program I found on here)
• hold three buttons down to soft boot
• scream and yell that it

I have know idea what to do.

Before I ship it back to the guy is there anything else I should try?

I usually drop mine on the ground every month or 2. That seems to keep mine in a decent state.

Well, since it's used, it sounds like whoever sold it to you didn't sell you a working unit. I'd take it up with them for sure.

Just had it on the charger thinking that it was the battery not fully charged and still same problem.

Now I will take battery out while I goto bed and put back in around noon. I doubt it will work but it is worth a try because when he shipped it to me it work when I put the battery in.

I did phone the guy and he told me to ship it back and he will have a look and replace if needed. I was just hoping it was something I did (being a newbe) and it was a easy fix. really looking forward to having a blackberry.

It shouldn't be something you did, if all you did was what you stated because that shouldn't have made "usable." I say you send it back to the guy so he doesn't make an excuse to keep your money and leave you with a broken BlackBerry.

He seems to be a good guy.

I sent it back today and he should have it by Monday. He told me he will send a new one and should have it by Wed or Thrus. Now I will wait and see.

I'm glad to say the guy live up to his deal.

What was wrong with the first one was the keyboard. He sent me another one (or maybe the same with new keyboard) and it is working great.

Just got done transferring my cell to the BB and now playing with the options.

I do have a few questions about that so I will start a new thread.
