So ATT told me I can connect on wifi. I dont have anything in my OS which states wifi. So I took my 8300 and thought I upgraded to version v4.2.2.166. So i then went to look for wifi and still nothing. What is the OS I should upgrade my 8300 to?

I was told by an ATT sales person, that their curve does not have WIFI, only GPS, so I went with T-mobile.

You cannot get wifi on your 8300 or 8310. You need an 8320, 8120, or 8820.

AT&T has the 8820 which is wifi capable. Take it back if it's not what you want.
