I suggest that you read the user guide that came with the device and also our FAQ. That will provide the basics.

Then post your questions.

Basically, you need to download/install Desktop Manager on your laptop. Connect your BB via the USB.
Configure DM to find it.
Configure sync to Outlook.
Sync.
