Now I'm tryn to sell it but when the shop do their 'tests' they sayn I need to call network to deactivate cos still registered to o2... O2 sayin jus wipe and don't know what I'm on about evrytime I call and the shop are checking some server website? And the imei n pin scan through and shows registered? What am I meant to be doing???? Cos the phone never came from o2 n the shop saying call o2??? Plz help
