Default 8110 Pin Code

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I set my BB8110 up with a security pin code which i have to enter when I turn it on which works a treat - I now need to turn it off and can't remember how!!!

Any ideas please..

Should be under Options - either Security Options or (on newer OS's) Password.

Options > Security Options > General Settings > Password = disabled.

Done it - rebooted and still asking for pin number when I turn it on!?

What about doing a backup then wiping the device then restore everything but security settings.

if its says PIN number and not Password, it sounds like you've put a PIN "password" on your SIM card.
