Hi all,

We have a BlackBerry enterprise server 5.0.3 MR6 (on Windows 2008 SP2)which has been recently integrated with LYNC 2010, but we are facing an issue in its functioning. Hope someone can help.

Below given are the details:

> Message from BB Enterprise IM to Lync client (on Desktop) gets successfully sent
> Message from Lync client (on Desktop) to BB Enterprise IM shows a red cross and the message doesnt get delivered
> Presence is getting updated on both BB Enterprise IM as well as the Lync client (on Desktop)

No particular errors on the BES, what settings can be missing?? pl guide...

Also getting the following warning on the Lync Desktop client, when trying to communicate to a BB enterprise IM user:

"User is not active on an IM device"

Problem solved.....Port 65061 was blocked...things are back on track.....
