Default Time to come back?

I picked up a 9530 back at the beginning of December, Didn't like the way it was working so I swapped it out for a Curve.

Is it worth coming back to now or should I wait?

I don't think there have been any significant improvements in 4 months that would make ME come back to the Storm.

Well, if you consider the beta OSes out in the wild, there have been SIGNIFICANT improvements. Here are a few that I have observed the past 4 and a half months:

1. New and improved cut/paste function. Introduced in .112
2. Full Qwerty keyboard for portrait mode. Introduced in .99
3. Improvements to accelerometer response. Less lag when switching from landscape to portrait.
4. Improvements to keyboard lag. My storm no longer lags when I type... I can type as fast as I desire and the keyboard keeps up now.
5. Little to none memory leaking... When running the Zen theme I have no memory leak... With Appleberry Glass I have slight memory leaking.

I am currently running 4.7.0.122... Files downloaded from crackberry and installed into my .144h v3 folder. I am also running Shrink-A-OS, BBWeather, MeterBerry, Nav4All, Docs2Go. I am extremely happy with my storm and it is definitely not the same storm that came out of the box.

I find the large screen (Storm) worthwhile. I clearly see and feel a few issues known to be fixed in newer OS releases but it's a plenty fine as a business tool for me. 50 year old eyes and needing to read messages from multiple sources probably why I live with it.

I am a net admin/sys admin and work with these, Windows phones, Palm, Apple etc.... That might make it easier for me to know that none are perfect and it clearly makes it obvious that Verizon is superior for both the network and the customer services.

At this point I'd just wait for Storm 2 this fall. The rate Verizon is putting our official OS builds they likely will have 1 more after .113 (whatever the actually build is).

If your ok with the beta builds the Strom is definately better device then .65.

I would suggest waiting for the Storm 2 coming in September, but really who knows if that will get pushed back to another month.

If you cannot wait that long I would say go for it.
So far, since I have updated the OS to .122 (for 9350) I have not had my phone freeze for the past two weeks. INCREDIBLE, lol.
My phone is more receptive in all aspects, and I love it. It's like a different phone from when I got it back in early December.
