Default After upgrade to .102 can no longer read PDF's

Please Login to Remove!

So I upgraded to .102 last week. I have loaded probably 8 of the betas as they have come out. In loading .102, I bricked it (white screen no body home). I was able to use JL loader to wipe the unit and get the SW back on the unit.

Since then I have not been able to read PDF's. After searching on the forum I checked to see if the Blackberry attachment service was loaded. It wasn't so I loaded it with the BB manager loader. This in turn deleated my sheet to go. Figured out how to get that one back and remove that problem from the future by deleating the .alx file.

However, after getting the Blackberry Attachement service back on, and docs to go all back square with the world, I still cannot open PDF files. When attempting to open them I get the error "This attachement type cannot be viewed on your device"

I am on BES and I am not using a desktop redirector. Others that have not upgraded on my BES are not having an issue with the viewing of PDF files.

I have searched all over this forum and have not found a solution to my recent problem. I don't have any email add ons like others with this problem.

I really need to get this fixed and soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mark

Have you tried a different PDF. I have had this problem from time to time and do not know why it happens.

* Moved to a more relevant forum.
