Default easiest way to move address book?

Please Login to Remove!

I just shut down my bes express and moved back to a bis plan. I reset my blackberry so I need to move my contacts back on. T-Mobile's bis site doesn't have an address book feature, so is there a easy clean way to add a large number of contacts? I'd prefer not install the desktop manager if i don't have too.

Default

I think that is going to be the only way. I do not know of any other way to do so unless they were on the SIM card as well.
