Default Politics as Usual

Please Login to Remove!

I see today that the White House Military Office Director has resigned over controversy about the NYC fly-over fiasco. Sounds to me like some chump was ordered to fall on his ceremonial sword.

While that was certainly a stupid stunt -- and haven't these clowns learned the power of Photoshop -- this sounds like another episode of normal BS politics.

Your thoughts.

EDIT: My error -- I intended to put in sensitive. Would a mod please move. Thx.

Yes, it was idiotic.

Too bad he didn't speak up from whom the order for the flight came to him.

But this isn't the first nor the last abuse of power in the current White House.

Agreed entirely. Politician or hookers: Which has more integrity? I suspect hookers. At least you usually get a semi-happy ending when she puts her hands in your pockets.

the better question is how much tax dollars did it cost, considering the planes that become air force one, once the president is on board, it is highly maintained. this circus stunt i can see costing at least 10million in tax payer dollars if not more.

The cost of the flight was estimated to be around $330,000 taxpayer dollars.
