Default Will Verizon get the Torch?

If so when? Otherwise I'll be looking at ATT, unfortunately!

RIM has yet to release any phone worth ditching a wireless contract for much less signing a new one.

This phone looks cool but the specs are not very impressive and you really do not gain much over the Storm 2 other than being stuck with inferior service from a less than stellar carrier.

I have hopes that one day RIM will get it right and ditch the whole Java OS platform and develop their own.

I would have considered this over the DroidX if it were on Verizon since I plan to switch carriers soon.
