I am having a major problem getting my 8700c to enable to the bluetooth option from the handset itself. Does anyone have any idea why the phone itself would not be able to enable the bluetooth feature???

Not sure what you mean. Are you saying Bluetooth will not turn on at all?
Was it working at one time and now it won't or has it never worked?
